Thank you for visiting the official website of the Central Electoral Office. You will find useful and informative material about the Anguilla electoral process here. The site offers the latest press releases, news about upcoming elections, changes and/or updates on policies, elections legislation, as well as the results of the last general election. You will note that the site also contains an interactive component which is a database of all the registered voters by districts as at the last qualifying date.

This website is just one of the many tools utilised by the Supervisor of Elections to ensure that the mandate as set out in section 6 of the Elections Act is successfully achieved. One such duty is to exercise general direction and supervision over the administrative conduct of elections and enforce on the part of all elections officers fairness, impartiality and compliance with the Elections Act and Regulations.

Section 51(1) of the Election Registration Regulations R.R.A. E30-1 addresses the publication of documents. It provides that documents should be made available for inspection by the public in-office, electronically or in any manner for the purpose of bringing the contents to the notice of those interested. The website is a technological method of publication which is more inclusive and ensures that communication reaches a broader spectrum of voters.
Should you have any queries regarding information on this website, election registration or the election process, please send us an email, telephone or stop by the office.
